Conditions of return:
Please use the CONTACT form to request a refund within 7 days of receiving the garment. Any request made after this time will not be accepted.
Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent. Please take extra care when trying on, to avoid snags and make-up marks.
We take great care of our garments and note any existing minor flaws. Additional damage that incurs whilst the item is in your care may affect the validity of the refund.
Copia Vintage is a small business and we expect receipt of the return within 7 days of approval. Any returns received beyond 7 days will be issued as a credit note or exchange.
Refunds are only processed Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm
Return Shipping - UK
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and safe delivery. Once we have received and checked the item, a refund/credit will be issued for the original sale price (excluding postage).
